Yohe & Khalid’s Multicultural London Wedding at Grand Connaught Rooms

Yohe & Khalid’s Multicultural London Wedding at Grand Connaught Rooms

Yohe and Khalid’s wedding at the Grand Connaught Rooms—one of the most stunning London wedding venues—was such a beautiful and joyful day. From the moment we met, I could tell how much thought they had put into creating a celebration that reflected both of their cultures. Their wedding was a perfect fusion of traditions, and it all came together with so much love and personality.

The Grand Connaught Rooms is one of my favourite venues for London wedding photography—elegant, historic, and full of character. It suited their day perfectly. The mix of modern style and cultural traditions gave everything a unique energy, and I focused on capturing not just the big moments, but also the real, in-between ones. As always, I aim to create photos that feel natural and true to who the couple really are.

Khalid left a lovely review after the wedding:
“Mar took great care in organising our wedding day photography… The wedding was a fusion of both cultures. She took wonderful photographs of our special day… 100% would recommend!”

It was such a pleasure to photograph this amazing couple. Whether it’s a large multicultural wedding in London, cultural wedding photography London, or a small civil ceremony in London, I love documenting every couple’s unique story. If you’re looking for a wedding photographer London, planning a multicultural wedding, or searching for ideas for your bride and groom photo session, I’d love to hear from you.

Maternity photoshoot at home in London, waiting for baby Mila

Beta & Marcos at-home pre wedding & maternity photoshoot in London, waiting for baby Mila

I had the pleasure of photographing this maternity photoshoot in London, just weeks before they welcomed their baby girl, Mila. This session took place in the comfort of their home—a perfect example of how at-home maternity photography can be relaxed, intimate, and full of real emotion.

They told me they weren’t usually comfortable in front of the camera, but you’d never know it. The session flowed naturally, with quiet moments, soft light, and genuine connection. That’s exactly what I aim for as a lifestyle maternity photographer in London—to create natural images that feel true to you, with no forced posing or pressure.

Shooting at home brings something special to every pregnancy photoshoot. From cozy spaces to personal details like a nursery or baby clothes, it’s a beautiful way to document this chapter before your family grows. Beta looked radiant, and the love between her and Marcos made the entire experience even more meaningful.

Here’s what Beta shared after the shoot:

“We’re not the most photo fan people, but Mar made us feel incredibly comfortable and took amazing pictures that will accompany us for the rest of our lives. The final result is absolutely beautiful!”

If you’re expecting and looking for a natural maternity photoshoot in London, whether in your home or outdoors, I’d love to help you capture this special time with timeless, emotional images. Whether it’s your first baby or your third, every story deserves to be told beautifully.

Sunset Maternity & Family Photoshoot at Hampstead Pergola, London

Maternity and Family Photoshoot at Hampstead Pergola, London – Sunset Session

This maternity and family photoshoot at Hampstead Pergola, London was full of love, calm moments, and the sweetest energy. I spent the afternoon with Leon, his little boy, and Emilia—who’s expecting their new baby girl soon. The whole shoot was about capturing this special moment of waiting, connection, and family.

We met at the beautiful Hampstead Pergola, one of the most romantic hidden gems in London. The soft golden light at sunset gave everything a warm, dreamy glow. It’s honestly one of my favourite locations in the city for any kind of London photo session, especially maternity photoshoots, pregnancy photoshoots London, family photography, engagement shoots, or anything romantic and natural.

Emilia and her son were just adorable together—lots of hugs, playfulness, and quiet little moments between them. She looked amazing and radiant, and I loved photographing the sweet connection between all three of them. These kinds of sessions are a reminder of how special it is to freeze a moment in time, especially right before welcoming a new baby.

Whether it’s a lifestyle maternity photography London, a family photo session, or even a couples shoot with kids—I always focus on creating relaxed, lifestyle photography that feels real and full of emotion. No stiff poses—just you being you.

If you’re expecting, planning a romantic shoot, or just want to capture your family as it grows, places like Hampstead Pergola are perfect for natural light photography in London. And if you’re also looking for ideas for a future London wedding photography session or engagement shoot, this location is absolutely worth considering.

Anand & Marysia’s London Wedding: From St. Dunstan to Lambeth Town Hall

London Wedding Photography: Anand & Marysia’s Civil Ceremony at St. Dunstan and Lambeth Town Hall

Anand and Marysia—just a lovely couple who met in London—asked me to be their London wedding photographer for their pre-wedding photoshoot and civil ceremony, and we ended up creating something really special. We started at St. Dunstan in the East Church Garden, then made our way to Lambeth Town Hall in Brixton for their ceremony, and finished the day at The Department Store, where they had their dinner and reception.

Our session began at St. Dunstan in the East, one of those hidden London gems that always brings something special to a shoot. Surrounded by nature, we walked and chatted about life—nothing too serious, just getting to know each other while I captured genuine moments. I encourage couples to relax and be themselves, which really shows in the photos: no stiff posing, just real connection and lots of laughter.

Later, at Lambeth Town Hall, their civil ceremony was warm and heartfelt, with family from around the world present and fully engaged. Capturing these quiet, emotional moments right after they said «I do» is one of the things I love most about wedding day photography in London.

We ended the day at The Department Store in Brixton, where the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful light allowed me to create timeless images filled with joy and celebration.

Here’s what Marysia, the bride, shared about working together:

«We are beyond thrilled with the photos Mar captured. She has an incredible eye for detail and perfectly reflected the spirit of our day, capturing both beauty and genuine emotions. From the start, she made us feel at ease, listened carefully, and stayed with us throughout, never missing a moment. We treated her like family, and she made us feel the same. Highly recommend!»

If you’re planning a natural, lifestyle photo session in London, an intimate civil ceremony, or a full wedding day, I’d love to help tell your story with relaxed, heartfelt photography.
