Rodceli and Adolfo celebrated their Pembroke Lodge wedding on a beautiful spring day in Richmond Park — one of London’s most stunning and iconic venues. With 55 guests who had travelled from Venezuela, Italy and the United States, this was a truly multicultural celebration filled with warmth, laughter and genuine emotion from start to finish.
Getting Ready at Richmond Hill Hotel
The morning began at the Richmond Hill Hotel, just minutes from the venue, where Rodceli prepared surrounded by her closest friends and family. Moreover, the light in the room was beautiful — soft and warm — and the excitement in the air was impossible to miss. The elegant stationery, the delicate calla lily bouquet, and the details of her gown all came together to set the tone for what was going to be an extraordinary day.
A Pembroke Lodge Wedding Ceremony in the Open Air
The ceremony took place on the terrace at Pembroke Lodge, surrounded by the lush gardens of Richmond Park and with sweeping views stretching out behind them. Additionally, with family and friends gathered from three different continents, the moment Rodceli and Adolfo said their vows felt both intimate and wonderfully international. It was the kind of ceremony where you could feel the meaning of every word — two people who are deeply, genuinely in love, sealing that love in front of everyone who matters most to them.
Couple Portraits in the Gardens of Richmond Park
After the ceremony, we spent an hour in the beautiful grounds of Pembroke Lodge for the couple portraits. Furthermore, the venue’s walled gardens, open lawns and wildflower borders provided an incredible variety of backdrops — from the vibrant flower beds bursting with colour to the sweeping views across the Thames Valley. Rodceli and Adolfo were completely open to ideas and direction, which allowed for a gallery of images that feel both editorial and deeply personal.
The energy of the evening was equally special — Latin music from one of the two DJs, a champagne tower, speeches full of love and laughter, and a first dance that brought everyone to their feet. It was, without doubt, one of the most joyful weddings I have had the pleasure of photographing in London.
